This is a white-label mouse being resold by multiple no-name "brands" on Amazon, including but not limited to ZLOT, TRELC, Han-gang, and Zelotes. A search on Alibaba reveals it's made by a company called Guangzhou Yixi Technology Co. - go figure.
It also claims 10000 max DPI, but this feels very dubious.
